Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (O.E.C.D.)

• Internal evaluation of the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC) – the OECD DAC was created in 1961. It is a unique international forum of the world's largest funders of development aid, including 29 OECD Members. The World Bank, IMF and UNDP participate as observers. It defines and monitors global standards in key areas of development (2016)

•  Internal evaluation of the OECD Health Committee – the OECD Health Committee advises policy makers and informs public and private stakeholders on how to address demands for more and better quality health care, in a context of strains on public budgets. It also develops statistics of health system performance and helps countries benchmark their policies against the highest-performing health systems (2015)

• Strategic assessment of the OECD Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs and Local Development (CFE) – the OECD CFE helps countries design and implement effective policies for local economic and employment development, SMEs and entrepreneurship, and tourism. The OECD Secretary-General asked a contribution to CFE's strategic thinking, in the context of a change in its leadership, through an assessment of the role of the CFE in the global environment, and how to enhance such a role (2015)

Rail Transportation 

Design of a new management system (by business units) and revamping of the financial reporting system for the network running the French railway stations, for the Managing Director of French national railways (SNCF) (180,000 employees), in the perspective of competition between railway operators on national networks in the EU

Strategic financial diagnosis of the performance of French regional railways operators: assessment of the real profitability of the rail transportation business at regional level, with the aim of renegotiating the operations conventions signed between the SNCF's Regional Transportation Branch (20,000 employees) and the 22 French Regions
